I prefer natural slimming tea which is safer. The best Chinese sliming tea is Oolong tea and Green tea. Other weight loss supplement that you should try is fish oil.
  4. Weight loss surgery. This is a radical ways to reduce weight. Gastric bypass is the most popular weight loss surgery in US because it has less complication than other surgeries. The surgery will make your stomach smaller. The food you eat will not go to some part of your stomach and because of this your body won’t absorb all calories that you eat.
  5. Baby food diet. This diet replace your regular meal for a jar of baby food. It is reported that celebrity like Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Cheryl Cole, and Lady Gaga use this diet.
  6. Taking 1 tablespoon of olive oil dailly can help you lose weight. Olive oil can also prevent heart disease by controlling the “bad” cholesterol LDL and raises the “good” cholesterol, HDL.
  7. Zumba is a fun way to lose weight. It’s some kind of dance which is an interval training where you combine high intensity movement with low intensity movement.
