  • Carrots and green beans as much as you want
  • 6 large green onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 cans of tomatoes
  • 10 oz. of mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • Half a head of cabbage
  • 1 package soup mix
  • 12 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper if you like
  • Olive oil

Cut the vegetables into small peaces. Boil it for 10 minutes with olive oil, water and the seasoning. Making soup is so simple. You can eat the soup anytime you like. Besides the soup you need to eat other food for a week to get the nutrition you needed. Here is your food menu for a week:

Day 1: Eat fat burning soup and all fruits except banana since they have high calorie.

Day 2: Eat all vegetables especially leafy vegetables and stay away from beans, nuts, and corn because they also have high calorie. For dinner you can have baked potato which has higher calorie.

Day 3: All fruits and vegetable except potato and banana.

Day 4: Bananas & skim milk. Banana and milk is your source of calories, carbohydrates, protein and calcium. The proteins and calcium are needed to lessen your craving for sweets.

Day 5: 15 oz. of beef and up to 6 tomatoes. The beef contain lots of protein which is useful for your body.

Day 6: 2 to 3 beef or steaks and all the vegetables you want except no baked potato.
